Cookie recipe: light version without butter or milk!
Are you ready for the best ever cookie recipe? Before the weekend, I like to leave you a few easy peasy recipes (I’m also chaotic in the kitchen!), that are super quick and perfect for breakfast/brunch/snacks! Or why not take them to your friends’ house for supper ;) I’ve already told you how to make Pancakes, and our 10 minute breakfast of Muffins. All my recipes are LIGHT and DAIRY FREE! Here are my cookies :)
300 gm flour
2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
50 gm of sugar (or use fructose for a healthier recipe!)
60 gm sunflower oil
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl: first eggs and sugar, then oil, then slowly add the flour and finally bicarb. When the mix makes a paste, add the chocolate chips.
Roll the mixture into 1cm balls, place on a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray, and bake in an oven at 180° for 20 minutes. Then your cookies are ready!! :D
