There are loads of garments that can be nabbed (or rather, borrowed!) from your mum’s wardrobe. Yes, because these items are back in fashion and originated many years ago, so if you can find them buried somewhere at home, you’re in luck!

Here’s what to steal from your mum/grandma’s wardrobe…
- 80s style jackets with padded shoulders: if you think they’re too big, try swapping it for some smaller pads which you can buy in a haberdashery. Mum / grandma will always agree…
- Evening gowns / pyjamas / lingerie from the 1990s: lingerie style dresses are back in fashion (we spoke about them in this post!).
